| 5. | Why was the Ojo service down? |
| The interruption was due to a shut down of service, not a technical problem. The past weeks have been very difficult for all of us, and we really regret the effect this situation has had on our many loyal Ojo customers. Many of you have shared with us how important Ojo has become to you and your families.
